Powered by Data. Backed by Experience.
Managed Services is powered by Railinc’s industry-wide data infrastructure, providing the fastest and most comprehensive event-based railcar movement and asset health visibility in North America. TransmetriQ combines this critical data with decades of operational expertise and longstanding railroad relationships to deliver dependable results.
Railinc has been a trusted partner to the North American rail industry for more than 75 years. TransmetriQ’s award-winning software and customer service ensure customers receive both cutting-edge tools and continuous expert support.
“Take railcar repair billing, for example. The rulebooks covering repair billing are more than 1,000 pages long,” added Harbridge. “That’s a lot to ask shippers to not only memorize but also to stay up to date on, especially when their core business is not rail. On average, customers using our auditing services are spending 10% less on their car repair invoices each year.”
